| FEATURES |
| |
- The VHF Amplifier {Mosfet} is used
in VHF FM Transmitter for generating the
rate output power 1500W in the frequency
range 87.5 to 108 Mhz.
- The required driving power is about
3W to 4W Maximum. The heat losses are
dissipated Via Heat Sink and Air duct.
- The Output is produced using Six
300W Power amplifier which are connected
in parallel via coupling network. Six
Power Amplifier Stages are driven by 80W
driver amplifier.
- The Mosfet Operate in broadband "C"
mode so that no adjustment is required
when frequency is changed The Mosfet are
mounted on a heat spreader Copper Block.
- The Mosfet power Amplifier are
connected in groups of two via a three
way coupler. The two such halves with
rated power of 750W each are combined
via 0 Degree coupler to obtain 1500W.
