FEATURES
The VHF Amplifier {Mosfet} is used
in VHF FM Transmitter for generating the
rate output power 1500W in the frequency
range 87.5 to 108 Mhz.
The required driving power is about
3W to 4W Maximum. The heat losses are
dissipated Via Heat Sink and Air duct.
The Output is produced using Six
300W Power amplifier which are connected
in parallel via coupling network. Six
Power Amplifier Stages are driven by 80W
driver amplifier.
The Mosfet Operate in broadband "C"
mode so that no adjustment is required
when frequency is changed The Mosfet are
mounted on a heat spreader Copper Block.
The Mosfet power Amplifier are
connected in groups of two via a three
way coupler. The two such halves with
rated power of 750W each are combined
via 0 Degree coupler to obtain 1500W.
